I 'm lucky to said that I'm very happy to work in Au Insurance Company..nd lots of experience to how to work in insurance sector...only one query with my company plz give me full payment...I'M doing my best of 100%....other one query with company I have 1 year completed with my company so i have give me to Bonus...

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
