Appraisal is also good totally depends on client feedback, if you are able to convince your client for good feedback then you can ask for 15-20% hike. 3. They can offer a package such that Your salary would be higher than client salary :) 4. HR will totally support you in case of your personal emergency.

Great at start and when needed by client. Also HR was good but after time lots of clients politics where we stand in lowest of food chain.
