Great at start and when needed by client. Also HR was good but after time lots of clients politics where we stand in lowest of food chain.

...d of client urgency it was best but second urgency went away it was terrible. Bad system of dealing with any issues and the worst bonus system. Top management really needs to do less politics and involve good HR candidates with talents otherwise it creates harsh environment.

1. Need to have more L&D sessions for developers and internal staff. 2. Additional flexibility suggested in cab facility. 3. More On-site opportunities needs to be opened.

Work and Personal Life Balance, Salary, Opportunities, Platform is always provided by management to the employees

Need more training sessions and employee engagement activities , in mid level employees appraisal it takes years to get the next promotion, no office parties or outings...

1. The compensation framework is competitive 2. Company provides WFH as long as the employee is productive 3. Operation process are streamlined and straightforward and no bureaucratic complexity

Dislikes

1. No job stability, since they pay you high the moment you are non billable you are at risk 2. They depend on employee feedback rather than direct client consultation. 3. They don’t have diversity , majorly dependent on once investment bank. 4. Lack of a long term growth strategy and professional development.

Likes

Only good thing is that they offer you good package and cab facility for everyone. Health insurance is also a plus point as they offer coverage of your parents as well as part of group insurance.

Dislikes

Worst experience i have ever had with any employer.Micro management and they takes feedback very personally. No defined policies and processes. May be management should focus on understanding why most of the experienced employees are leaving as there is something terribly wrong with project leads and managers. Please stop giving false projection about project and work profile at the time of hiring.
