I had co-operative teammates who were there and that had a strong client base.There used to be training based on production of bolts and their mechanism and how to deal upon them.Talking about the work satisfaction and career growth was up to the mark being also average sometimes and with average appraisal as well.Not to much of site travel was involved.It was quite well on learning part ,got to know about newer things day by day including a good working environment as well.I was able to maintain a good balance of work life instead.

career growth was average,salary issues used to be there . compensation was average based.

...ork environment in this company . Company MD and All management is transparent . Company policies are very good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year . I am very happy
