Before when the company was small with less project the company was supportive to the employee as the started growing they became money minded and started thinking they can do any thing / purchase with money no value for the employee

Dislikes

everything no career growth nothing to learn bad work culture these things started recently example when they need employee they hire and when they don't need they just thrown them as a waste they will not think that the employee was helping them when they were in down time.
