Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

GOOD job for the person who does not know any writing , reading and calculation skills.

Dislikes

Fraud company , cheating the joiners with out giving them joining letter, no salary slip, salaries given in cash. original 10th marks sheet will not be given at all.

Dislikes

Politics, argument, fighting, no leave, no holiday, salary deduction if we come late, MD thinks he is god, everyday police raid, md absocnding everytime and leave employee in trouble, no annual sick leave or paid leave

There are nothing to sad that, company always focus business development, they don't consider employee.
