Lot of nepotism, company is working like a family business co founders brother is manager his gf is SM his gf bestie is team lead. All the benifits are given to this three only you are just a employee. Who are working like a donkey

Nothing, The Founder's Attitude towards the employees is Pathetic and he treats the employees as a labourer.

Everything, the Founder is just concerned about his work and not the health or efforts of the employees. He talks like he is the one who has done everything.
