The only thing I like about working at ATS is work life balance. It was best place to work upto 2018, since after 2018 everything starts to deteriorate.

Dislikes

First and foremost, Salary is not at time on most of the sites. You have to wait for upto 4 months. Secondly, growth opportunities are less as many people are doing same type of work since years hence, nothing new to learn. Nobody even Head of Departments take pain for you. Only join this company if you are rich enough so that your family supports you financially upto 4 months. Lastly, they even did not deposited Employee Provident fund for last 1 year after making deduction from your salary.

Working style is not professional work environment and culture is very bad

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is not decent not at time but career growth is slow.

Balance Work life. Every month's (4L ,Leave Saturday + 4L Sunday + 2.5 EL) + 15L Yearly gazetted + 2 L Restricted (Other than Gazetted) + 1 Birthday Leave. If you save leave every month excluded Saturday and Sunday then it gets included in privileged leave, that is only 10 holidays in a year and 40 holidays during the whole job tenure.

Sometimes I get too sleepy... because there isn't much work to do.

To increase the rating, Company is reviewing itself on its own! Very apparent because there are 14 reviews dated 12th September 2022 and out of which 13 people have rated 5 star and one rated 4 star.. This is how ATS is now “improving”.. Manipulating the rating… how can one trust such a company now! How is it possible for any given company in the world that 14 people rate it suddenly on one fine day. Delayed salaries for upto 6months PF getting deducted every month but not deposited in account from past 3 years. False commitments from the senior management

3-5 months Salaries delay and complex management structure. Debt ridden company. Construction at very slow pace, Brokerage and vendor payments outstanding and salaries delay a big issue.
