There is no growth in this company in terms of skill ,salary , knowledge, everything. They will tell we allow the flexibility in role switch but in reality it won't happen.

I am working in Atrina since 3 Years now and came in with 11 Years of MNC experience. I liked about Atrina. I can see massive hype in my personal and professional growth in these 3 years. Now I have a habit of Book Reading / Meditation / Journal Writing / Affirmations / Gratitude. Now I see new version of "Mee" I have started taking fearless decisions, Bigger responsibilities with authorities. I have developed People Management skills And many more I can deliver success because, Atrina gave me those opportunities with trust.

Mostly not much as Atrina is in growing stage. I have few suggestion Saturday working Bigger Office
