I have been associated with atree since 2018 and decided to pursue my PhD here because of rhe amazing work culture. People at all posts are very friendly and always open for discussion/collaboration. Unlike many other research organsiation with very rigid systems, ATREE has a very fleixible working system. As long as you do good work and respect timeline nobody is going to micromanage your work.

Overall very bad place to work for professionals it's an unfit place. Worst management politics ever seen😞😕 old employees and the management don't allow anyone to grow here. Very biased atmosphere especially the new ED plays a low level politics against all the employees and does micro management, very biased and goes by ear saying and forms opinions.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
