It's a startup company so I get to learn many things, how a company works in its initial stages. I get to form employee feedback forms and other HR ops documents.

Dislikes

The management don't want to imply the employees suggestions. The founder doesn't considers employee's health and peace of mind.

The team spirit was excellent. The environment created by the team heads was impressive as it resulted in bonding with the fellow team mates. The head (Sefali), she is an excellent asset to the team. She handled everything outstandingly and even helped the interns including me whenever we got stuck. All in all the experience was educational and helped me in improving my skills.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
