Pathetic company too much sycophancy in appraisal and promotions

Culture. Mixed age group hence the harmony is balanced. MNC nut a smaller one. Hence learning opportunities can be sought.

Sometimes learning opportunities are restricted. Work is centralized only to a particular person.

Good environment with team mates and support from manager.

Salary and no appraisal given as there has been mothballed of hard work since the time of lockdown and also i have work extra hours still to help other team as well.

Employee don’t need to tag there breaks and can use mobile phones on floor I mean this shows that Management shows trust in their employees many more employee centric policies unlike many other travel companies in the market one is tha agent doesn’t bear the ADM amount which is quite unique in this industry .

They should introduce family insurance
