...ompany for 8.4 years.I felt very good from this company.But I prospered in work.But not in salary.I worked hard day and night without sleep but no one praised me.Because of my family's lack of money I had to go to another company.

Work life balance is good in Atotech specially if you are working in R&D profile. Work burden is less and company puts good amount of efforts to keep their employee's health at best.

Dislikes

Career growth opportunity might frustrate you in Atotech. Growth and salary increments aspects are less for existing employees specially in Sales.

...pportive and the management is trasparent. There is huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Its depends upon team to team. Sone team gets more benefits than other. All depends upon manager.

...TC very low. And they will not even give you that part of money which is approx. 20% of your monthly salary. They even don't give you any experience letter and FnF before 3 months.

Atotech used to be one of the best organisation during the time of "Total". Nothing good to consider joining Atotect after its acquisition by "Carlyle" since 2017.
