Lazy management, 0 activities apart from work, salary and promotions are not upto the expectations.

... in 4-5 project and I felt they need to improve the project manager behaviour. Salary wise - 1 star Growth and certification - 4 star Work life balance - 2 star Upper management behavior- 5 star Project Maanager behaviors- 0 star.

Nice company to work for. Good work life balance. Pune office is awesome. Salary structure is nice as compared with other services based MNC's.

Dislikes

Projects are not so great. Mainly works on traditional technologies.

Atos is very good in training new joiners, they are providing more training for self development as well. New joiners feel very good in Atos.

Dislikes

Most dislike is the salary structure is very worst, you did not get pay according to your knowledge and experience. It's very bad for those who work here from E0 level even they get promoted till any high level if you compare salary with other people with same level it's just nothing. And Atos paying more salary to experience person when the higher from other company but they did not ever to their best experience person which is already there and deserving for this

They are supporting us by stopping pur whole salary. And also there is no project so far and they are giving us opportunities to work in KPO sector instead of IT field. They cut our whole salary for 3month till December and until we not get allocate to any project till there is no salary to fresher as well as other senior employees also who do not have a project

Dislikes

In hard situations atos has not providing salary to their employees.
