Best thing about working at atos is you will have the flexibility of timings to work only if you are above gcm2.

Dislikes

Lazy management, 0 activities apart from work, salary and promotions are not upto the expectations.

I will tell the job seekers as a fresher or experienced, never thought to join this company. Worst management, No Hike, and Never suppose that you have done some good work for this company or on the project. Here Rating system depends on the shoe licker Manager and Team Lead.

Dislikes

Salary lesser than Vegetable Man earning. In 5 years even not a single team lunch, or dinner.

... in 4-5 project and I felt they need to improve the project manager behaviour. Salary wise - 1 star Growth and certification - 4 star Work life balance - 2 star Upper management behavior- 5 star Project Maanager behaviors- 0 star.

Nice company to work for. Good work life balance. Pune office is awesome. Salary structure is nice as compared with other services based MNC's.

Dislikes

Projects are not so great. Mainly works on traditional technologies.

They are supporting us by stopping pur whole salary. And also there is no project so far and they are giving us opportunities to work in KPO sector instead of IT field. They cut our whole salary for 3month till December and until we not get allocate to any project till there is no salary to fresher as well as other senior employees also who do not have a project

Dislikes

In hard situations atos has not providing salary to their employees.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
