Work policies is best. Appraisal happen on time. No delay in varaible pay. Good for learning new technology. One can experience good work life balance here.

Dislikes

Its campuses is situated far outside the city to travelling time lot for the office. People leaving in pune city experience this issue. Currently no multiple locations available in pune city. Its situated in talawade IT park. But good transport is made available by office for all the locations across the city.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

Dislikes

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.

Likes

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Dislikes

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management

The company culture is very good, managers are understanding and supportive, there are many oppurtunities to upskill and learn new technologies.

The Salary is not at par with other organsisations and yearly increments too are not very good.

Compensation and benefit is very poor..salary hike is not based upon work based in financial year and management are very rude as most employees left company because of senior management not because company policy.
