Their are Many aspects As of now this company has splitted apart They have also not incremented our salary till now!! They have done too much cost cutting They don’t even give work from home They don’t even turn on the AC If there are not more than 10 employees sitting They turn off the AC Then why the **** you call us at the office Their is no equality in this company Everything just based on partiality I would recommend don’t join this company anyway!!! Dislikes

Manager and even a skip level above have no ethics. They will call to work you even if you are on deathbed. Joining straight after college was career suicide.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
