Good culture, friendly environment and Work life balance. New ideas are appreciated. Appraisal are happening on yearly basis however ℅is low.

Don't expect more than salary. No event or official party.

Likes

Working environment is good, not much pressure and flexible office timings. All the basic amenities available. Medical, Life and Accidental Insurance provided to all employees.

Dislikes

Don't expect any other thing than Salary, even there is deduction in variable payouts. No employee engagement activities.

A decent company with slow and steady progress.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth factor is slow. I felt like stagnant at some point which intensely made me to leave the company. not a better place for entry level position, but definitely the company is making money. can be better if focused on employee welfare rather than profits. In other terms, a pure profit driven company.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

Dislikes

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.

No salary hike and even though you are deserve for promotion they promote those who's tenure is completed. The promotion should be based on performance rather than tenure of individual.
