Nice team, we have opportunities to move internally, and yes they are providing many trainings which can be helpful for career growth.

Dislikes

Sometimes we see they are making us fool regarding salary and designation. Sometimes we have to work continues without 5 10 minutes short break but at the time of appraisal, they wont value.

Likes

...people can learn new things as and when they have leisure time or when on bench. Most important, "salary"- first hike is good , then as usual like other MNC. All in one a cool place with friendly colleagues and teams. Office timings are super flexible.

Dislikes

Cons to say are salary growth is less after first hike. People are kept on bench for may be long time it depends. Management is not so good.

Everything is good except salary. When I left Atos, I didn't receive shift allowance. I don't think so this is the way to treat the employee. If WBS code is not visible, individual is unavailable to apply shift allowance. It's not employee fault. Even taking multiple follow-up over email, didn't receive any response. Finally I loose the hope to get my shift allowance. I would like to suggest if any employee is working in shift he should get allowance if he left organization otherwise don't assign shift to employee in notice period.

Policies are very good. Even higher authority are very good. No stress. Salary is paid on time. Onsite opportunities is there if your luck is good. Cab facility is good.

development exposure is less, more of support kind. Annual increment is very poor

It's like a government Job :P means Not much work load for developement people where Support functions have very heavy work load good work life balance work from home flexible timings employees working in shifts have free transport facility for both pick up and drop good people and supporting seniors secure job. Testing field has more onsite opportunities

No salary hikes less allowances Not good for freshers as no good work for development side . less onsite chances.
