Not much benefits Salary hike is very less For an operation role you may need to work when ever issue comes. So more or odd working hours sometimes. No permanent wfh, but based on GCM level you will get 1/2 days flexible wfh in every week.

Best thing about working at atos is you will have the flexibility of timings to work only if you are above gcm2.

Management is so poor ,If you are here from long time then you will not get respected salary even though they can hire resource from out side with double salary but they are not ready to pay to the current employee even you get 5 rating out of 6.
