There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Dislikes

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management

Likes

The company culture is very good, managers are understanding and supportive, there are many oppurtunities to upskill and learn new technologies.

Dislikes

The Salary is not at par with other organsisations and yearly increments too are not very good.

Likes

They have an open and receptive work culture. They are quite flexible with remote working options for employees which saves us a lot of commuting time.

Dislikes

The company has not been performing well on the bourses lately because of which promotions are withheld and salary raises have been few and far in-between. Also we sometimes find favouritism at work in favor of undeserving candidates.

Likes

Atos has good company culture with better compensation benefits based on skills. Work life balance is best in industry standards and lots of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Based on experience of my colleagues, who had resigned they have not been treated well during this period.

Open culture of being able to connect with people beyond the immediate bosses. Onsite opportunities

- Salary getting stuck the moment you travel onshore is something unrelatable. The corrections once you are back, as claimed, is most likely inexistent - Lack of processes. Sometimes I wonder how they are even accredited with a CMMI level-5. Quality processes are a topic of joke among the ground people, as most are fabricated and doesn't help in anything - It's a local company. Funny that when a person moves from one location to another location, everything except the employee # and salary structure changes - It's interesting that most of the middle management sucks and have no clue about people management. Most are afraid to talk to their subordinates and they are all order takers. They prefer filling excel rather than talking to the team - The support staff are super cool. They wouldn't respond to emails nor do they provide their contact numbers. Most often they don't respond on their MS teams either. Especially people on the immigration team & the finance team - Last but not the least, the policies. Most of which are relevant to the prior millennium. Sometimes the employees get a feel if they are attending a kindergarten school
