Working environment is good, not much pressure and flexible office timings. All the basic amenities available. Medical, Life and Accidental Insurance provided to all employees.

Dislikes

Don't expect any other thing than Salary, even there is deduction in variable payouts. No employee engagement activities.

Friendly colleagues, timely compensation, some kind hearted people at top.

Dislikes

Top management in India is full of useless and incapable peoples who are lacking managerial skills.. Obviously they might be a good staff but not a manager.

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Dislikes

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management

One of the best company but after dividing into Eviden and Atos there are lot of changes in pay scale and appraisal format. 2024 is a bad year for atos lot of project moved from atos to tcs and wipro

Nothing, on time sal, work life balance, missing atos..

Continuous virtual learning sessions you can enroll. Good for Freshers to join & learn.

Dislikes

No Appraisals , annual hike only 3%. Totally Manager's dominated approach for employee on their benefits & appraisals, with higher level of cost cutting at each facility. Nothing as per HR Policy, all rules amended as per Manager & HR. Not good for long term service as low hikes & no future.
