Compensation and benefit is very poor..salary hike is not based upon work based in financial year and management are very rude as most employees left company because of senior management not because company policy.

...and is bad , its just company name but people work there makes brand super cool. The managers and team leads have full politics and salary is very bad , they keep the hike 20% as your variable pay if they pay you its your benefit or the difference from your old salary other wise Thirupathi Naama and company save there. I say as open cheating I mean variable pay.

Good global exposure and opportunity to work in different roles and different geographical areas.

Dislikes

Compensation growth is almost stagnant for employees. No clear direction from management, volatile leadership team without any sense of direction.

... par than he was advised and given ample opportunity to improve with his mentor. Salary was at par with the industry norms, though no one will satisfy whatever salary he or she gets. There were less amount of politics. There was enough scope for growth, one has to nominate himself or herself for the training he or she needs to acquire to enhance skillsets with approval of senior. If anyone want overseas assignments, he or she can approach his or her senior, if opportunities comes it may be assigned. Overall working environment was good.

Though overseas allowances are clearly defined in the company policy book, still some managers were trying to cut the corners on allowances to keep project cost down.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.
