The managers and team leads have full politics and salary is very bad , they keep the hike 20% as your variable pay if they pay you its your benefit or the difference from your old salary other wise Thirupathi Naama and company save there. I say as open cheating I mean variable pay.

Compensation growth is almost stagnant for employees. No clear direction from management, volatile leadership team without any sense of direction.

The team is good and working for women is very comfortable in this company. Work satisfaction. You will learn a lot while working in this company

Not much benefits Salary hike is very less For an operation role you may need to work when ever issue comes. So more or odd working hours sometimes. No permanent wfh, but based on GCM level you will get 1/2 days flexible wfh in every week.

They have an open and receptive work culture. They are quite flexible with remote working options for employees which saves us a lot of commuting time.

Dislikes

The company has not been performing well on the bourses lately because of which promotions are withheld and salary raises have been few and far in-between. Also we sometimes find favouritism at work in favor of undeserving candidates.
