Dislikes

No salary hike and even though you are deserve for promotion they promote those who's tenure is completed. The promotion should be based on performance rather than tenure of individual.

The team coordination is good and opportunities somewhat less to promote higher position. Job security 100 percent secured and salary somewhat less. Coming to appraisal it may varies according their individual performance.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive always looking to be better. There is a big cafeteria, gym and indoor gaming section. Company policies are good.
