The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology depends on project, I love the fact and I was a part of a team high quality product and global client base. Mine was a Dubai based client and another plus point was that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high , sometimes, I have to work 15-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening, I do receive appreciation emails from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal

Likes

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Dislikes

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management

The company culture is very good, managers are understanding and supportive, there are many oppurtunities to upskill and learn new technologies.

Dislikes

The Salary is not at par with other organsisations and yearly increments too are not very good.

It's a very good company and with the good people and each and every one are very supportive about work and the management was very nice,we are flexible with our working hours

Dislikes

The main dislike was salary was not as per the work it's very lower and also the hikes process was also quite bad as per my knowledge

The team is good and working for women is very comfortable in this company. Work satisfaction. You will learn a lot while working in this company

Dislikes

Not much benefits Salary hike is very less For an operation role you may need to work when ever issue comes. So more or odd working hours sometimes. No permanent wfh, but based on GCM level you will get 1/2 days flexible wfh in every week.
