Its a fraud organization. They don't pay salaries, cheat clients.. Completely fraudulent! They don't clear staff dues and play around with clients as well. Company owners have no knowledge about DM. They have a history of non payments with staffs only for the reason of No intention to clear pay.

- Salary are extremely delayed. - They take money from the client, and no service is delivered. - No value of people- staff or clients either - Nobody knows what they are doing here. - HR person is not at all reliable. A complete liar and so is management. -No work life balance, branding person has no idea/zero knowledge what she needs to do or deliver so she will make you sit for long hours and repeated changes. dodo!

It was a very small office. Hardly 12-15 people when I joined. So, there was no politics. People were likeable. Mostly college freshers. For a fresher, it was good.

Dislikes

Salaries wouldn't happen until 20th-25th of each month. There is no job security. Unfair towards clients as the CEO took on more than he could chew. He would on-board 10-15 clients at a time when he knew he had the workforce to cater to only 2-3 clients. The work atmosphere was too casual. Employees were entitled Gen Z kids who had the 'I don't give a shit' attitude. The CEO was also not firm enough. This led to clients leaving, and ultimately the creative division shutting down.
