People are really good over there and work from home is available.

HR team doesn't know much about their policies, salary credit is on 1st of every month and company doesn't credit it before hand if it's a Saturday or Sunday, work pressure is extremely high, higher management is really bad, 4 leave are credited every quarter of the year,

Likes

Their tech stack is old but they got a lot of clients so a lot to learn. Team is supporting and environment is friendly. Some new hire in management might make it like a call center. (Which might not be good) Hoping everything will be fine.

Dislikes

...T company. Only 4 leaves in one quarter that means only 16 leaves in whole year. Salary gets delayed couple days sometimes.

I had a wonderful experience working at Atomic North. The learning curve was great and incredibly rewarding, offering numerous opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. The organisations open door policy is stand out as senior leaders were always approachable, supportive, and always willing to share valuable insights. Additionally, the collaborative work environment fostered teamwork, and innovation. The emphasis on employee development was evident through regular training and skill enhancing programmes which motivates the employees to deliver their best. Overall, it was an enriching journey, and I am grateful for the experience.
