...emistry groups which serve only a supporting role in organisation. Being a govt. organisation the job security is excellent and compensation is good too. Work-life depends on the posting but it never goes off the rails. Worker is free in his approach towards work and is expected to be self motivated for his rise in the organisation. Rewards for good work are present in form of monetary increments and fast promotions.

Dislikes

The organisation is not well known and is a very small part of Department of Atomic Energy. The work is not cutting edge and has failed to transition with the times. Part of it is due to lack of direction as what the organisation is supposed to do and generally a lack of poor management to improve the output.
