Impatient Behavior of CORE Team- They always set aspirational target which is good, sometimes those aspirations remains unfulfilled at that time they become more frustrated and they don't know how to handle the situation. And they take haste decision and create a lot unnecessary pressure to the bottom line employees and medium level employees. Sense of Insecurity - They judge the people too frequently and create perception about the people rather focusing on challenges of the situation and due that recent exit of old human resources and continuous pressure on other team members have created sense of Job Instability.
