Previously before covid 19. I was working with full dedication as the salary including incentive structure was not bad. And in that time i saw a good future working life.

Now a days job is not secure as well as salary is very poor. Also with that company is giving tons of pressure. Forcing us to give sale by saying that you have to manage. How come? When iam in a containment zone followed by lockdown situation. Where Market is fully unstable. Also given an amount to sale of 40k in just 10days duration, after the lockdown.. if unable then will not give salary. Tat is 10k. With zero benifits. No medical, no travel allowance, no DA. Nothing.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. VP runs team of 3 people, Salary is decent but career growth is slow . They just hire the people and screw in a month or two or max an year . They don't have product to complete on the market. No the job training is not given to new joinees. Racists company they don't want to work with north indian people, main focus is on Mumbai and south team. You have to listen racists comments if you belongs to delhi. Never join.

Very worthless work on the behalf of sales executive, there is no any securties related to job, and without sending any mail, he dissmesd from the job, and sometimes it cuts our salry, very bed culture in atom techonlogies limited.
