Hiring is always ongoing because as soon as the work is completed, you are immediately let go. They are selfish people.

Dislikes

Job security is practically nonexistent, you would not even know when you will receive a notice. When your salary is withheld and you reach out to HR, they will inform you that you are on your notice period. The moment your work is done, so is your job.
