Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Located at center of the city, Library and auditorium.

Dislikes

No Salary rise, Faculty is treated as a student with so many prohibition, No senior faculty to guide you for your technical skill, No appreciation given.

Nothing... Worst ever working experience in my teaching career

Dislikes

1. Worst Working Hours (7.20AM-3.30PM) 2. Unnecessary Meetings 3. Worst Working Environment 4. No future/further growth 5. Useless and over documentation 6. Mobile phones are not allowed 7. Strictly Dress code 8. No emergency/sudden leaves 9. Mechanical HOD is useless and coward 10. Overall, working at Atmiya is like being in the Hell.
