Nothing to talk good about ATMECS. very higher level management takes good salary hike by giving negligible salary hike to lower level managers and their team members.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Too much of work place politics. From Higher level delivery manager till Vice presidents use the lower level managers for their own tasks and throw them once lower level managers and team members are no more required. People from Bangalore location are forced to move to either Hyderabad or chennai location. Infact there are very very less projects at Bangalore location. Not sure why ATMECS is not displaying the Name board on Bangalore office premises. May be to avoid taxation.

They provide good salary as the attrition rate isery high with ATMECS.

Dislikes

They may fire you at any moment. WORST HR AND MANAGEMENT TEAM. Join only if you are well versed with POLITICS.as that's the only thing that works here.

...een given good hike and u don't have any other offers in hand then join Atmecs..salary and other benefits would be on time..hell no for QA people..if u r from testing background avoid this at any cost

Management and HR are not employee centric..they can't even talk to clients regarding ur project movement even if there are openings in the technology u want to move into.all they need is billing..

Flexible timings, once you are in a project, you get a lot to learn.... Hikes can be good based on your performance. Hybrid model.

Dislikes

...iligently selfish and non-cooperative... Management only knows to play politics! Salary is less compared to industry standards. Very incompetent managers except for a couple of them. They don't understand the real talent and only love those who agrees with them at any cost. Although some of the coworkers are exceptionally cooperative and friendly, most of them are not trustworthy. Company uses outdated technologies now and don't have many projects now.

No frequent calls. Intresting work, no extensive work hours, flexibility

... days of short notice period they have not given experience certificate to me. They didn't given me last month salary as well. I just looped CEO of company also in mail but no response. Worst HR team.
