Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Likes

The company was not provided job security and culture is overall satisfying only not good. There are not focused on skill development and some project were left at mid-level. Company management was not good.

Dislikes

Company behavior is not good for employee and management also bad. Everyone was selfish and not motivated to eachother. Company was hire employee than training for 1-3 months after that break the promise and say to employee that you are not complete so stay with training and not any payment salary for trainees.
