There is no work life balance here. Some people in Belgium and some of the Indians here think too that Indians are meant to do donkey work, so they load Indians with all work and they go on Holidays and have an excellent work life balance there.

Many things. They have one of the least salary structure here in India. Have no proper succession plan and neither skill development plan.

Nothing AC COE is big joke no employee benefits just a distress by following lame rules in govt organisations to sign an register and dedicate a person for attendance . Seriously everyone is a professional no need to micro manage

GM for COE doesn’t know what he wants to do in town hall he speaks about birthday celebrations only thing he is good at micro management he is the one who hired a person to check who is coming to office and register to mark attendance 4.
