... diploma holders become manager but Bachelors and masters does not get promoted. Average salary hike. You can see multiple openings in job portal but internally, no clarity about resources planning.

There is no work life balance here. Some people in Belgium and some of the Indians here think too that Indians are meant to do donkey work, so they load Indians with all work and they go on Holidays and have an excellent work life balance there.

I have serviced and commissioned equipments like Air compressors (Oil free and oil injected in both medical and industrial ranges), Vaccum Pumps, Dryers, Variable Frequency Drives, Anaesthetic Gas Scavenging System and Blowers.
