... diploma holders become manager but Bachelors and masters does not get promoted. Average salary hike. You can see multiple openings in job portal but internally, no clarity about resources planning.

The company innovates and adopts latest tech. It manufactures good, reliable and quality products. All colleagues were so nice and friendly with me so we could work collaboratively. I liked that if they like performance they can re hire you. And i will be the most happy person if it happens with me.

As per salary at start its ok but need more growth. Work pressures becomes very high sometimes. Otherwise everything happens in very decent way.

Nothing AC COE is big joke no employee benefits just a distress by following lame rules in govt organisations to sign an register and dedicate a person for attendance . Seriously everyone is a professional no need to micro manage

Everything 1.no salary in time 2.HR is a big waste no role just speaking 3. GM for COE doesn’t know what he wants to do in town hall he speaks about birthday celebrations only thing he is good at micro management he is the one who hired a person to check who is coming to office and register to mark attendance 4. Don’t join if you come from IT or professional corporate

Salaries are not at par with Industry. No Perks and Rewards for your hard work. No Monitory or non monitory benefits on and above your Salary.
