This company is not the best place to work for people on 3rd party hourly pay contracts. When projects are tight it is difficult for such people to get work so you don't earn as well.

My experience at SNC Lavalin Mumbai has been that it has an ethnically Marathi working environment and there is not much opportunity for growth.

No promotion, no salary hikes. Environment was good, taken under control when Cherry was leading the infra architecture. Since Anjali has taken over its bad, very very bad. Every month u see a person resigning and all because of her attitude. She treats ppl like shit. And her ASSISTANT SURESH Kumar just does what she tells even if its wrong. Employees integrity is questioned constantly and we feel why did we even prioritize work over life if we had to be treated like this. If these two so called seniors are removed from organization the company will retain a lot of honest employees

...s. They are thrown out any time as they are expendables in an architecture firm. People are working for a decade now with no hike. Avoid this one.

Good work life balance. Variety of projects and good company culture.

Dislikes

Salary could be better, but mainly the learning and development opportunities are limited. You learn on a job and not always have a senior who can give you feedback and teach the best practices to you. So many meetings.
