It was very good workplace and people’s over there. Career growth was also good with good salary and benefits. Work and life balance is quite good appraisal was average with little politics.

I was working for atkins Bangalore and I was quit satisfied with company culture working style, carrier growth and all.

No promotion, no salary hikes. Environment was good, taken under control when Cherry was leading the infra architecture. Since Anjali has taken over its bad, very very bad. Every month u see a person resigning and all because of her attitude. She treats ppl like shit. And her ASSISTANT SURESH Kumar just does what she tells even if its wrong. Employees integrity is questioned constantly and we feel why did we even prioritize work over life if we had to be treated like this. If these two so called seniors are removed from organization the company will retain a lot of honest employees

None. Its an architecture/ construction firm.

...s. They are thrown out any time as they are expendables in an architecture firm. People are working for a decade now with no hike. Avoid this one.

Good work life balance. Variety of projects and good company culture.

Dislikes

Salary could be better, but mainly the learning and development opportunities are limited. You learn on a job and not always have a senior who can give you feedback and teach the best practices to you. So many meetings.
