This company froud its employees. they keep them joining for 5 years and fire them in just 5 month. I would like to request everyone that whoever wants to join this company should take it in written beforehand so that you don't have to regret later. There is no job security here. The purpose is not to tell, we want to save you from such companies.

As I was working with the district team, the main issue is that our District head or State head did not know anything about the work, and the state head did not provide them with proper guidance or training. There's no planning about the project and everything seems to be pointless. So not waste your time in this company, NO SECURE JOB

There are no clear about any work when we work on any project the requirements are not freezed and being changes time to time that is make application hard to manage and they want everything in a very short span of time
