This company froud its employees. they keep them joining for 5 years and fire them in just 5 month. I would like to request everyone that whoever wants to join this company should take it in written beforehand so that you don't have to regret later. There is no job security here. As I was working with the district team, the main issue is that our District head or State head did not know anything about the work, and the state head did not provide them with proper guidance or training. There's no planning about the project and everything seems to be pointless. So not waste your time in this company, NO SECURE JOB

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
