New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. Worst organisation ever worked, they don't have any stable mindset.. all head worst, especially management don't have they own decision. They will dance for some flithy people saying. No respect for employees. No proper communication. Good for freshers. Experienced guys don't go there n leave ur dignity.. all head totally waste, back biters. They r in that position only by passing wrong information to the ceo's. Travel is worst they will recruit you for one facility and ask you to take care of 7 facility. Paying for one person n getting work done for multiple facility and treat you like you are not working at all.
