...ignificant responsibilities, including training and onboarding new team members. Despite my contributions, my final salary was unexpectedly reduced due to claimed performance issues, with no prior notice or a perfromance improvement plan, and no contractual basis for deductions. And this was not the first time this happened, as salary deductions from base pay was done multiple times throughout the current year, which in hindsight, I think I should have contested. Attempts to get clarity yielded vague explanations, leaving me concerned about transparency and employee treatment.
