Over all good in Athenesedx Pvt Ltd. fast growing ivd companies in India. job security and work culture is good.and in product development the rapid card and elisa kit segments,which good standards but reagents is not good..lot of complaint happening in reagents. apart all other products keep excellent standards.on the job training provided.

...agement doesn't address our issue and there is a bit of politics in the company. salary is decent.if you resign the company then management doesn't support for further things and behave very arrogantly

In one sentence as per my experience please no one go to this organization. Agar job nahi mil raha hai to Ghar main Beth jao aur koi company main try karo, but e organization main mat jana. Delivery boy se bhi bura halat hai is company ka culture.

I have been working in this company for almost 9 years, my experience of working here is very good, the working culture here is very good.The support from seniors and head office is very good here, everything is given on time (like increment, incentive). Overall experience is very good

North indian beneficiary Organization. Especially if you work hard they will give 1500 rs increment, if you are not working hard they will give double salary
