Obviously it doesn't go where it is intended. But on social media they post lot of photos of doing charity. All is farse. 4. You will get good hike only if you could please your managers. 5. Be ready to get calls even after office hours. And they expect you to be ready at any time. They call it dedication.

Sluggish environment with no road map for career growth. Sometimes, we tend to do the same repeated work.
