Obviously it doesn't go where it is intended. But on social media they post lot of photos of doing charity. All is farse. 4. You will get good hike only if you could please your managers. 5. ...ro management is there. Managers will be behind you all the time for the work. No benefits as such apart from your regular salary. No place for extra cocirricular activities or sports. Zero budget allocation for team outings. Overall a suffocating place to work.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133.
