If you got athena offer for software and development. I strongly recommend to accept the offer. If you got offer in customer care department, better you can avoid and choose the other BPO company.

Obviously it doesn't go where it is intended. But on social media they post lot of photos of doing charity. All is farse. 4. You will get good hike only if you could please your managers. 5. Be ready to get calls even after office hours. And they expect you to be ready at any time. They call it dedication.
