Obviously it doesn't go where it is intended. But on social media they post lot of photos of doing charity. All is farse. 4. You will get good hike only if you could please your managers. 5. Be ready to get calls even after office hours. And they expect you to be ready at any time. They call it dedication.

... out for. Work-life balance is awesome. Good upskilling and training provisions. They didn't fire a single employee in the covid times and no pay cuts too. Well backed up, crazy evaluation in 2021.

...ro management is there. Managers will be behind you all the time for the work. No benefits as such apart from your regular salary. No place for extra cocirricular activities or sports. Zero budget allocation for team outings. Overall a suffocating place to work.
