Be ready to get calls even after office hours. And they expect you to be ready at any time. They call it dedication.

...ro management is there. Managers will be behind you all the time for the work. No benefits as such apart from your regular salary. No place for extra cocirricular activities or sports. Zero budget allocation for team outings. Overall a suffocating place to work.
